A Belgian Tripel from Brasserie d’Achouffe, Belgium.  First brewed on January 12, 2006, using Amarillo, Saaz and Tomahawk hops.  "A unique marriage between the English tradition of IPAs, the American new revolution of Imperial IPAs and the classic Belgian way of brewing."

9.0% abv, occasional release, serve at 45-50°F
