A Belgian IPA from De Layerth Brouwerijen, Belgium.

After a visit to America’s Northwest in 2007, Urthel’s owner/head brewer Hildegard Van Ostaden decided to take what she’d learned about hops and create something distinct. Using only aromatic European hops and nothing but Pilsner malt, she created a vibrant, hoppy, full-flavored top fermented and bottle conditioned Belgian IPA.  Cool.
