Originally brewed to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Capital’s opening, this is a batch of Autumnal Fire that’s been frozen and 25% of the water was removed.  Traditional eisbock methods with amazing results... if you think Autumnal is fantastic, I’ll go out on a limb and call this 25% MORE fantastic.  Really f***ing good.
