





A dopplebock from Capital Brewing, Middleton, Wisconsin.
Originally brewed in early 2009 as a test batch, and released in bottles for the first time in 2010. Taking the place of the discontinued Dark Dopplebock, this one’s brewed with Belgian candi sugar to ramp up the alcohol but leave the mouthfeel intact. It’s big, rich, potent, lush, flavorful and hard to find.
9.8%abv, Winter release 2009, serve at 50°F
