This is a beer that Germany would be proud to import. Capital’s head brewer Kirby Nelson learned his craft in Germany, and the flavors that his beers exhibit are classically Bavarian. This maibock is, as all true maibocks are, malty with an emphasis on Noble flavor hops. Balanced and wonderful.
6.2%abv, Spring seasonal, serve at 45-50°F
