An oak-aged Imperial IPA from Dogfish Head Brewing, Delaware. 

A 50/50 blend of old and young beers.  The old: a 10%abv version of their 90 Minute IPA is brewed, dry hopped, then aged on oak staves for 4-5 months.  The young: fresh 90 Minute IPA. The result is a craft-brewed masterpiece.  Hints of vanilla and oak, malty-sweet, hoppy but not overwhelming.... this is art.

10%abv, ?? IBU’s, serve at 50-55°F
