An American Double Pilsner from Dogfish Head Brewing, Delaware. Brewed with all continental pilsner malt and hopped with the finest noble hops. Dry-hopped in the conditioning tank for 8 weeks.
Amazing beer. Rich and malty, with a barely balanced bitterness at the top (just teetering toward bitter), but with ungodly loads of flavor and aroma hops through the meat of the beer. Unusual in that it’s classic Noble hops for the dry hop & flavor hops.... so the flavors aren’t your typical American hoppy monster. Very tasty, and now in a more manageable size (12oz)!!
