A Witbier from Dogfish Head Brewing, Delaware.

A big, belgian-style Wit brewed with freshly ground coriander and the rinds of over 60 tangelos and fermented with Pinot Noir juice. After fermentation 11% of the batch was aged in Oregon Pinot Noir barrels, the rest aged on oak barrel staves. After just more than one month of aging, the beer was blended together and packaged.  It marries the refreshing citrusy qualities of a Belgian-style white beer with the robust complexity of a bold red wine. 

10% abv, brewed once, serve at 45-50°F
