A Munich helles lager from Augustiner-Brau, Munich, Germany. 

The packaging and label say ‘Light’ but that’s to distinguish its color, not its palate.  This is a near-perfect Munich helles.  Sweet, aromatic malts: toasty and bready.  Just a hint of floral hops through the palate.  Medium-bodied, and just delicious.  Pay no attention to the reviews.  This IS an afternoon in Munich in a bottle.  Only for those with a delicate palate, an appreciation for subtleties, and reverence for classic German beermaking.
