A Belgian Strong Pale Ale (Belgian Golden Ale) from Goose Island, Chicago.  Brewed with Saaz and Chinook hops.  Originally called Demolition 1800 (which used Saaz and Styrian Goldings hops, boasted 8% abv and 55 IBUs).


7.2%abv, IBU's=40, serve at 40-45°F
