An Abbey Dubbel from Goose Island, Chicago.  Sweet caramel malt, perfume and fresh fruit come across in the nose.  Deep, complex sweetness dominate the flavor, likely caused by some dark Belgian candi sugar in conjunction with lots of caramel malts.  Just a hint of classic Belgian bubble gum aroma.  Smooth & complex.  Well done.
