A barrel aged American strong ale from New Holland Brewing, Holland, Michigan. 

Dragon’s Milk is a big American strong ale, complete with roasted malts, chewy malty body, rich flavor hops and big bittering hops, all aged in bourbon barrels for 120 days prior to bottling.  One of New Holland’s best offerings.  After racking the fished aged beer off the barrels, the barrels are then re-filled with the brewery’s barleywine to age another few months.   Nice.

9% abv, occasional release, ? IBU’s, serve at 50°F
