A schwarzbier from Sprecher Brewing, Milwaukee Wisconsin.

Excellent black lager from Sprecher.  Silky smooth, great heading, mild roasted flavors, clean finish.  Just enough malt complexity and hop variety to make every sip interesting, but not overwhelming.  Very nice beer.  Brewed with 2-Row Pale, Black Patent, Caramel, and Chocolate malts.  Hopped with Cascade, Chinook, Mt. Hood, and Tettnanger.

5.8%abv,year-round, serve at 45°F
