Very nice winter warmer from Sprecher---and they take the unusual route of making a dark Bavarian bock with American hops as their winter beer.  Rich caramel flavors, mild flavor hops, clean finish.  Perfect cold-weather beer.  Very nice.  Brewed with Black Patent, Caramel, Chocolate, and Pale malts. Hopped with: Cascade, Chinook, Mt. Hood, & Tettnanger.

5.75%abv, winter seasonal, IBU=0 (really?) serve at 45°F
