A Double/Imperial Stout from Southern Tier Brewing, Lakewood, New York. 

Holy Questzalcoatl, this beer is chocolate.  Like an 11% Ghirardelli bar.  Absolutely the best chocolate stout I’ve ever had.  Rich, smooth, cocoa, bittersweet chocolate pairing with hidden bitter hops... woof.  Pretty fantastic.

11%abv, ?? IBU’s, serve at 48°F
