Three Floyds Brian Boru

An Irish-style red ale from Three Floyds Brewing, Munster, IN.

Dry hopped with "shit-loads" of Amarillo for a fresh, fragrant aroma.  The bitter hops are kept in check, allowing this beer’s malty character really shine through. .  Great thick head with pretty lacing.  The body has low carbonation, but that hardly detracts from the beer.  In fact, it just makes it smoother.  Great flavor, enhanced by the flowery hops, low bitterness, tons of malt character.  Very nice beer.

5.5%abv, 40 IBU’s, February release, serve at 40-45°F
