Two Brothers Cane and Ebel
A rye beer from Two Brothers Brewing Co., Warrenville, IL.
Made with Thai palm sugar, bittered and flavored with Summit hops, an aromatic 18% alpha hop with a pungent citrus aroma. Dry hopped with Simcoe. I have no trouble marking this as a real break-out brew from Two Bros. Nicely crafted: dry rye, sharp, yet balanced bittering hops, light-to-medium-light malt body, great flavor hops, and a kick-ass floral Simcoe finish. Very nice.
7%abv, IBU's=?, Year-round, serve at 45-50°F
