An American IPA from Two Brothers Brewing Co., Warrenville, IL.

They employ ‘wet hops’:  fresh hops that have been picked, packed, jetted to Warrenville, IL, then thrown into the kettle a mere 24 hours after they’ve come off the vine.  This practice imparts a fresh, herbal, ‘green’ component to the beer that isn’t present in dried hops.
