Breckenridge 471 IPA
An Imperial IPA from Breckenridge, Colorado. Made with Pale, Munich, Caramel-30, Carapils and Torrified Wheat malts, and hopped with with Chinook, Centennial, Simcoe and Fuggles.
This beer’s a huge find. Lighter and less whack-em-over-the-head malty than many Double I’s you’ll come across, great hops, again-not too overdone. Just plain nice beer, without a trace of hot alcohol. You’d never know it’s 9.2% as you’re drinking it.
