An American Barleywine from Great Divide Brewing, Denver, Colorado.
Big, sweet, huge hops, highly rated. Lots of malt do a good job of covering the high alcohol burn in this Big. Top end bitterness struggles with the weight of the malt bill. I can’t wait to see how this ages.
10.2%abv, IBU=90, serve at 50-55°F
